There is no indication from Manhattan sea level data that he has any chance of being right -- the chart shows a declining trend in recent years ... even as more and more CO2 is added to the atmosphere.
(On the subject of climate change, Al Gore is as dumb as a rock ... and I'm not trying to insult rocks.)
