These are the same bureaucrats who have been claiming Earth has been in a global warming catastrophe since 1975.
They make the gloomy predictions.
They also own the actuals.
That's a conflict of interest.
They have a strong incentive to infill empty grids with data that show their global warming catastrophe is still in progress.
They never tell you the average temperature trend was flat between the 2008 and 2015/2016 El Nino heat peaks (El Ninos are a climate cycle that only affect a portion of the Pacific Ocean, and have nothing to do with greenhouse gasses).
