IPPC conclusion based on 1979 wild guess non-science

The 1979 Charney Report,
published by the
National Academy of Science,
speculated that modest,
harmless warming from
the CO2 greenhouse effect
would be tripled by
an increase in
atmospheric water vapor,
strongly increasing
the total greenhouse effect.

The report had no hard evidence
supporting this speculation.

Yet the estimates
in the 1979 Charney Report
have been used by the IPCC
since 1979 !

This is propaganda,
not real science.
