New UN climate report -- more leftist wild guess scaremongering = science fiction intended to scare people and convince them to demand that their government DO SOMETHING !

Gullible people 

accept the premise 

that our world faces 

a climate apocalypse 

if CO2 emissions 

are not brought to zero. 

The truth is much different:

The current climate 

is wonderful,

and has been getting better

for hundreds of years, and 

There will be no apocalypse,  

because adding CO2 
to the air is beneficial

-- it 'greens' the Earth.

And if CO2 does cause

some global warming, 

which is an assumption, 

without scientific proof, 

that global warming 

would be beneficial too:

-- Mainly at night,

-- Mainly in the 
      six coldest months 

        of the year, and

-- Mainly in the colder, 
      higher latitudes !

CO2 in the atmosphere

is believed to disrupt 

Earth's infrared cooling 

mainly at night, 

especially in areas 

with low humidity 

( which are typically 

the higher latitudes, 

in the winter ).

Water vapor 
is the primary 

greenhouse gas -- 

so CO2 will have 

very little effect 

in warm, humid 
areas.

Last week, the Intergovernmental 

Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) 

released a special report 

that was about 800 pages long.

It is an 800-page pile of

steaming, farm animal,

digestive waste products,

to use a scientific term !

It starts by telling us that

the global average temperature 

is now roughly +1.0 degrees C. 

above the pre-industrial temperature,

which is a VERY rough estimate,

with few Southern Hemisphere

measurements before WWII ...

... but it never mentions that

surface temperature data

are so haphazard, that the 

average temperature change 

since 1880, could easily be 
anywhere from zero degrees 
to +2 degrees C.

The rest of the report 

is wild speculation 

ignoring climate history -- 

such failing to describe

the benefits of

at least +2 degrees C. 

of global warming, 

that has already happened,

since the unusually cold

"Maunder Minimum" 

period in the late 1600s.

The UN report claims 

we’re seeing an increase 

in extreme weather 

... but that's not true.

The UN report claims 

receding sea ice in the Arctic, 

and rising global sea levels, 

are very bad news

... but that's not true.

Both have been 

happening for 

20,000 years, 

so man made CO2 

could not have been

the cause of the 
first 19,900 years, 

of that 20,000 year 

warming period ...

... not to mention 

that Arctic ice

is floating ice,

so when it melts,

it has no effect 

on sea level !

The report says 

a +1.5 degrees C. 

average temperature 

increase 

would be worse than 

a +1.0 degree C. 

increase, 

and +2 degrees C. 

would be worse 

than that.

In fact, none of them
would be bad news !

The report claims that

we’re currently on track 

to exceed +3 degrees C. 

... but that's not true. 

In fact, 

the average global
temperature warming 
rate since 1950, 

if assumed to be 100% 

caused by CO2 

( this would be 
a worst case estimate, 
because there is 
no proof that

any of the warming 

was caused by CO2 ), 

has been 
a warming rate 

of only +1 degree C. 

in 200 years 

( assuming CO2 

continues to rise 

at 2ppm per year ) !

Only drastic changes 

in the world economy 

can prevent a calamity,

we are told.

“If you would like 

to stabilize 

global warming 

to +1.5 degrees C., 

the key message is that 

net CO2 emissions 

at the global scale 

must reach zero by 2050,” 

said panelist 

Valerie Masson-Delmotte, 

a French climate scientist 

and research director at the 
French Alternative Energies 

and Atomic Energy Commission. 

“That’s the most important finding 

of the report.”

Without these 

substantial CO2 reductions, 

we’re told, millions will die. 

That's complete nonsense !

Adding CO2 to the air

benefits humans by 

accelerating plant growth,

just like greenhouse owners

already do, spending 

their own money 

for 'CO2 enrichment' !

The report 

made it clear 

that fossils fuel

—oil, gas, and coal—

which the world 

heavily depends on, 

have to be phased out, 

especially coal, 

because it has 

the highest 

carbon content 

of all the fossil fuels.

The UN’s latest 

science fiction effort 

is a “scare report".

These wild guess
climate claims 

are intended 

to scare us.

Never mind that scientists 

and environmentalists 

have a horrible track record 

with their dire predictions,

they are batting .000 ! 

Leftist governments 

are very skilled

at using false threats 

to expand their power.

The report’s conclusions 

strongly imply that 

governments of the world 

must drastically 

ramp up regulation 

of the free market 

to save us.

State action 

is claimed to be 

the primary solution 

for the coming 

catastrophe.

But the 

coming catastrophe,

predicted every year, 

for 30 years so far,

is a fairy tale:

because CO2 is a 
false boogeyman.

No catastrophe 

is coming. 

I'd like to remind you, 

that many horrors 

of the 20th century, 

came from the ideas 

of intellectuals, "experts", 

and utopian-ists.

Millions of 
innocent lives 

were sacrificed 

in leftist schemes 

to improve humanity, 

mainly Communism, 

Nazism (national socialism),

and socialism.
