Earth's magnetic field is getting significantly weaker !

Our planet
is becoming
more unstable.

Earth’s magnetic field
is rapidly getting weaker.

The magnetic north pole
is shifting
at an accelerating pace.

Earth’s magnetic field
is a huge force field,
which surrounds our planet,
and makes life possible.

Even with its protection,
a giant solar storm could
hit our planet, and severely
damage our power grid.

As our magnetic field
gets weaker, smaller
solar storms could
cause severe damage.

Scientists used to say
the magnetic field
was weakening -5%
every 100 years.

Now the SWARM satellite
is measuring weakening
of -5% per decade.

-5% per decade
is ten times faster
than -5% per century !

As more solar radiation
reaches Earth, expect
a rise in skin cancer rates.

When the magnetic field
get weaker, Earth will be
less protected from
high-energy particles
( radiation )
that are flying
around in space.

Cancer rates
 have been rising
all over the world.

One of three people
living in the U.S.
will get cancer
in their lifetime.

If the magnetic field
continues to weaken,
things will get worse.

Without Earth’s
magnetic field,
the solar winds,
streams of
electrically
charged
particles
that flow
from the sun
— would
strip away
the planet’s
atmosphere
and oceans.

Some scientists
are saying
our magnetic field
could be gone in
as little as 500 years,
but they tell us
not to worry,
because Earth’s
magnetic poles
will “flip”
and things will
eventually return
to normal.

Most scientists
assume a pole flip
takes hundreds
or thousands
of years to happen,
but have never
seen one
take place.

The magnetic field
would be weak
during a flip
-- leaving the
power grid
and electrical
infrastructure
vulnerable to
a lot of damage.

Experts believe
that a pole flip
is a long way off,
but all agree
the magnetic
north pole
is moving toward
Russia at an
accelerating
pace.

In the mid-1990s,
the pole suddenly
sped up its
movements from
just over 9 miles
( 15 kilometers )
a year to 34 miles
( 55 kilometers )
 annually.

Earlier this year,
authorities issued
an emergency update
to global positioning
systems, because
“the magnetic field
is changing so rapidly”.

In real science
current events
are studied,
and measured,
but the future
is a mystery.

In climate junk science,
current events are ignored,
unless they are unusual,
then they are blamed
on climate change,
with no proof.

In climate junk science,
the future climate
is falsely claimed
to be known, with
high, unjustified
confidence in the
predictions,
in spite of the fact
that prior predictions
have been wrong for
over 60 years !
