since January 2005,
at age 51,

a retired lazy bum
since then
( wifey's affectionate nickname,
previously just "lazy bum" ).

material
every
Monday,
Thursday and
Saturday
-- usually
in the morning,
before noon.
I'm not online on the
four other days
of the week.
