The Tesla Waiting Line to Use a Tesla Supercharger

NOTE:
Here in Michigan,
I call Tesla's "Coal Cars",
because my utility uses
64% coal for generating
electricity.

And for years, every Tesla
I saw was black, just like
huge lump of coal.

More common is 25% to 35%
coal for generating electricity.

Electric cars are obviously
not pollution free.

SUMMARY:
Tesla says its
Superchargers
are the:
"world's fastest
charging network".

Owners can reach
a 100% charge
in 75 minutes.

Although, when
the superchargers
are busy, that slows
the recharging process.

But "World's Fastest"?

Only If you don't count
the time waiting in line,
before getting to a charger !

On "Black Friday",
a very busy retail store
shopping day, some
patient Californians
waited on a long line
to have their Tesla's
charged at the
Kettleman City
Supercharger station.

The 40 charging stalls
were "overrun"
on Black Friday,
the day after
Thanksgiving,
nationally known for
retail store bargains.

Even I went shopping !
Bought $200 of things
I needed for about $100 !

It's a busy day --
and you have
to shop early,
before bargains
are sold out,
so you don't
want to waste time
at a charging station.

A slowdown
of capital spending
can take a long time
to negatively affect
a company, and it's
customers.

Tesla's charging
infrastructure
capacity
has NOT been
keeping up with
their sales volume.

There are 400,000 Teslas
on the roads of the U.S..

The company has been
hoarding cash, including
not paying bills on time,
and not investing in its
Supercharger network.

Causing a waiting line
to become more common
at Tesla Superchargers
around the U.S., while Tesla,
a cash-strapped company,
keeps cutting it's capital
spending budget.

On Black Friday,
one person Tweeted
they had been waiting
on line for 40 minutes
and were only "halfway"
to the charger.

The same day,
Ms. Shanon Stellini
found a backlog of
"around 50" Teslas
waiting to charge
at the station off of
Interstate 5.

The day before,
on Thanksgiving Thursday,
a video was posted online
showing 15 Teslas waiting
on a line at a Supercharger
station in San Luis Obispo
at about 4:45pm.

The video shows
 a line of cars
wrapped around
the Madonna Inn,
with many owners
waiting outside
their vehicles.

"Each station contains
multiple Superchargers
to get you back
on the road quickly,"
Tesla claims.
