Rural Northern US Stations Raw Data Show No Warming – but NASA "fixed" that with "adjustments"

Unadjusted data
from rural
U.S. stations
tells us there
has been
no warming
in the U.S.

These stations have a
Brightness Index (BI) of 0,
meaning rural locations
based on satellite readings
of nighttime lighting.

Plotted are the United States
Climate Historical Network
USHCN Version 4 unadjusted
versus Version 4 adjusted.

Lincoln, Nebraska
going back to 1901:
A modest cooling
trend in the raw data
was changed to a
warming trend
after the NASA
"adjustments":

Livingston, Montana,
where a modest cooling
trend was "adjusted" to
warming , by adjusting
past temperatures
downward by more
than 2°C:

New Salem, North Dakota,
where past  temperatures
were adjusted downward
by more than 1°C
to produce
a warming trend:

Minnesota's Artichoke Lake
station had the past cooled
by NASA "adjusters".

An insignificant warming
was "adjusted" to about
+1°C  warming per century:

For Harbor Beach,
Michigan, where
I have been many tines,
a slight cooling trend
over the past 120 years
was "adjusted" to
a warming trend:

In general, rural US areas,
that have remained rural,
have raw data showing
a cooling trend, or
almost no warming,
for the past 100 years.

NASA "adjustments"
created warming out of
thin air to present to the
gullible public.
