I have collected several long term California temperature charts for you to look at and decide for yourself. I don't see much of a warming trend after 1980. Not that warming would suddenly cause people to inadvertently or deliberately start fires. So I think blaming California fires on climate change is just more baloney, malarkey and banana earl (Brooklyn, USA). Here are some charts for you to decide:
