This blog is about reality:
Real science:
Past and present climate change and energy use. Including experience with actual global warming since the mid-1970s.
The mainstream media is about fantasy:
Science fiction:
Apocalyptic dreams of a coming climate crisis, first predicted in the late 1950s. Climate models that predict more than double the global warming that actually happens. Dreams that future global warming will be a disaster, completely different than past global warming, which was mild and pleasant, in spite of the same inputs. Hysterical pronouncements that the 'climate emergency is worse than we thought'. Questions and debate rejected with "climate denier" character attacks.
I understand the appeal of science fiction.
The next article here is is not science fiction. It will probably be the most important energy article you will ever read. It looks at the three billion poorest people in our world. They rarely get much attention. But they should.
