Thank you for 159,000 page views of the only blog where we LOVE global warming -- plus a Monday afternoon climate rap

A long time ago I made a tradition of thanking readers after every one thousand page views. Which used to be once a month. Now it's almost every day. I missed the 158,000 thank you yesterday, because I lost my internet connectivity ... again ... and had to go out and buy a new modem and router.

I'm thankful there are people who are independent thinkers, with open minds to global warming reality.

How can one be frightened of global warming after living with mild, harmless global warming for the past 45 years?

The leftist media always presents the same thing: Always wrong wild guess predictions of a coming climate crisis, which I trace back to oceanographer Roger Revelle in 1957.

Those were the good old days when scientists had uncertainty !

Those scary predictions get attention, but they have been wrong for 64 years in a row.

The climate computer games are a prop to support the always wrong predictions.

They seem complex and "scientific", but have predicted more than twice as much global warming as actually happened, for the past 40 years.

And they never get more accurate.

The wrong predictions, and wrong climate models, add up to climate astrology, not real science.

And getting a climate "study" peer reviewed and published does not mean much.

It means the "study" supports the existing consensus, and has passed "pal review" -- not much more.

If the "study" is a prediction of the future climate, using climate models, passes peer review, and is published -- it will almost certainly wrong.

Publication of always wrong wild guesses of future environmental doom is not real science.

Computer games that make wrong climate predictions are not real science.

Ignoring the best computer model, that over-predicts global warming less than the others do (Russian INM model) is not real science.

Publication of a science "study" does not create truth.

Every prediction of environmental doom since the 1960's has been WRONG.

But I suppose you already knew that.

I started reading climate science articles and studies in 1997, as a hobby, believe it or not.

It took only one hour for me to not trust 100 year climate predictions.

The first idea I researched was the "pre-industrial" climate, that allegedly was ideal in some way.

Back then "pre-industrial" was 1750.

Anecdotes from the 1600s and 1700s showed people thought their climate was too cold, especially in the late 1600s and early 1700s.

People living in 1750 would have loved our more moderate climate today.

The definition of "pre-industrial" seems to have changed several times since then.

The last definition I saw was 1850 to 1900, which does not make sense.

So far 2021 has been unusually cold here in southeastern Michigan, about seven miles northwest of Detroit. And we don't like it. We had one warm week in April, and that was it.

Where is global warming when we need it?

We love global warming here in Michigan!
