There's a big difference between climate fantasies of the future and climate reality.
CLIMATE FANTASY: (publicized since the 1980s)
(1) Bureaucrats predict global warming crisis
(2) Computer models predict a crisis too
(3) Large reductions of the use of fossil fuels
(4) Net Zero 2050 visions of a green utopia
(5) The social cost of carbon, and the cost of de-carbonization, are numbers carefully calculated by economics experts.
CLIMATE REALITY:
(1a) (a = accurate) After 50+ years of predictions of a coming global warming crisis, we actually have the best climate for humans, animals, and especially plants, since the Holocene Climate Optimum ended 5,000 years ago.
(2a) Computer games predicted exactly what they were programmed to predict, which did not match reality
(3a) From 2009 to 2019, the large percentage of global primary energy derived from fossil fuels only declined by less than one percentage point
(4a) China, India, Russia, and every undeveloped nation in the world, could not care less about Nut Zero. Those nations will be responsible for a large majority of the increase in CO2 emissions in the future. Therefore, the probability of the atmospheric CO2 percentage declining is very small.
(5a) The social cost of carbon, and the cost of de-carbonization, are numbers pulled out of a hat, or from two feet below the back of the hat.
CONCLUSION:
Green Dreamers (aka "Climate Howlers") live in a climate change fantasyland, in perpetual fear of the future climate.

They know that most scared people will demand that their governments "do something". Hearing "do something" is the goal of leftist climate (or Covid) scaremongering, a strategy for empowering their beloved leftist governments ... that will ruin everything they touch.
