The global "warmunists"make many unproven claims about climate change, and they have been predicting a coming climate catastrophe for 30 years.
They refuse to debate their claims and predictions.
They respond to skeptics with character attacks.
That alone is enough to tell you their claims are self-serving baloney!
They claim a climate catastrophe is already in progress when, in fact, the current climate is the best climate our planet has ever had for humans.
They claim man made changes of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air change the average temperature when, in fact, natural changes of ocean temperatures change the CO2 levels in the air, per ice core studies.
Our planet has been warming for 20,000 years, since a peak glaciation that had Canada covered by ice, and the warming has all been good news.
That warming could not have been caused by man made CO2 before 1940.
The temperature data after 1940 strongly suggest CO2 is no more than a minor variable in climate change.
The average temperature of our planet has gone:
down (in the 35 years from 1940 to 1975),
up (in the 25 years from 1975 to 2000), and
remained the same (in the 15 years from 2000 to 2015)
as CO2 levels increased in each period,
= three completely different

Liberals demonize CO2 to scare people, knowing that scared people will want their government to 'do something'.
Liberal politicians love a good excuse to seize power -- what excuse could be better than claiming they are trying to save the earth!
They get more power over the people, while virtue signaling that they are 'good people'.
That's the latest way to "sell" socialism
I call it "Save the Earth Socialism" -- politicians, and the scientists they hire, create a phony crisis, and then ramp up government power / regulations to fight the "crisis".
The basic assumptions taught in schools about climate change are wrong.
-- The claims of a 97% consensus of climate scientists are based on bogus studies that start with the desired conclusion (95% to 100%), and then work backwards to back up that conclusion by simply ignoring contradictory data.
-- The true science deniers are the global warmunists.
-- Their 100-year wild guess computer game climate predictions should not be taken seriously -- because wild guesses of the future climate are not real science -- and that is especially obvious after 30 years of their grossly inaccurate predictions.

There is no evidence that CO2 levels control the average temperature of our planet.

The northern hemisphere warming from 1975 to 2000 is blamed on man made CO2 by the "climate change believers", with no proof.
That warming is very similar to northern hemisphere warming from 1910 to 1940, which is said to have natural causes.
There is no logical explanation of why two similar multi-decade warming periods in the same century (1910 to 1940, and 1975 to 2000) would have completely different causes.
Two different causes of warming would mean that 4.5 billion years of natural climate changes suddenly stopped in the middle of the 20th century, and man made CO2 suddenly took over as the 'temperature controller', with no explanation = non-science (very hard to believe speculation).
The two warming periods in the 20th century are both likely to have natural causes, in the absence of proof that is not true.

There is no evidence to prove CO2 levels increasing from today's levels (400 ppm) would have more than a small, gradual, harmless effect on the average temperature.
There are only simple lab experiments to prove that more CO2 in the atmosphere would have a warming "greenhouse" effect.
The lab experiments estimate about +1 degree C. of warming per doubling of CO2 .
That would be +1 degree C. of warming in 200 years, assuming the recent rise of CO2, at +2 parts per million (ppm) per year, continues for 200 more years.
The "age of manmade CO2" began about 1940, with a large increase of CO2 emissions, from a large increase of burning fossil fuels, increasing CO2 levels to about 400 ppm today.
CO2 levels have ranged from about 200 to 8,000 ppm over the past 4.5 billion years.
More CO2 in the air is actually very good news, and I support a doubling or tripling of todays levels to accelerate green plant growth.
CO2 is plant food, and most plants used for food grow faster and larger with CO2 levels of 800 to 1,200 ppm.
If CO2 really controlled the average temperature, then why do ice core isotope studies show the average temperature changes LEAD CO2 level changes ?
Average temperature peaks and troughs lead CO2 peaks and troughs by 500 to 1,000 years in ice core studies !
If CO2 levels began to control the average temperature in 1940, as "climate change believers" claim, after 4.5 billion years of natural climate changes, then why is there no explanation ever given of how, or why, that happened ?
If CO2 levels controlled the average temperature, then:

The average temperature should have increased every decade after the 'age of man made CO2' began in 1940.
So did it?
No!
Average temperature declined from 1940 to 1975.
Average temperature was steady from 2000 to 2015

The temperature rise should have mainly affected the poles, and should have had little effect in the tropics.
So did that happen ?

There was little or no warming of the southern half
of the Southern Hemisphere:
-- No warming after 1975.
-- No acceleration of sea level rise after 1940,
which suggests Antarctica ice was NOT melting
from "greenhouse warming" after 1940.
There was a lot of warming in the northern half
of the Northern Hemisphere after 1975.
The cause is unknown -- but CO2 greenhouse warming
would not affect ONLY the area around the North Pole,
and NOT the area around the South Pole.
Fortunately, Arctic ice is floating ice, so when it melts, it does not raise the sea level.
