Big CO2 emissions reduction from COVID-19 partial shutdowns not visible in CO2 level data !

I'm making the logical assumption that man made CO2 emissions were down significantly in 2020, at lest 10%, and perhaps up to 20%. The cause is the lower level of  economic activity: Less driving to work, driving to stores, flying, manufacturing output, etc.

The CO2 measurements at Mauna Loa, since 1958, are considered the only accurate measurements worthy of scientific analyses other than UAH weather satellite temperature data since 1979.

Government bureaucrats with science degrees do use the Mauna Loa CO2 level data but ignore the UAH data because their own non-global highly "adjusted" surface temperature data shows more warming than UAH.

The climate howlers (climate alarmists) have  celebrated(?) the reduction of economic activity and CO2 emisssions. This is the new normal needed for CO2 reductions, they claim. Of course most of them would prefer less economic activity from implementing socialism or communism. But we did get an emissions slowdown.

So when we look at a NOAA (U.S. Commerce Department) CO2 level level data chart. Then we considering how important the climate howlers think man made CO2 emissions are. The surprise is no indication reduced man made CO2 emissions in 2020 had any effect on the global CO2 levels. Meaning that a 10% to 20% CO2 emissions reduction may have no effect on global warming. And that is definitely not what we are told:
