Thank You for 151,000 page views

This blog is a free public service to refute the coming climate crisis baloney (malarkey, for the Irish, or "banana earl", for those in Brooklyn USA). There is no money for me. This is fun for me -- insulting leftists by refuting their ridiculous green delusions of doom.  Also, there are no ads -- pop up ads make me go berserk. Similar to what happens to leftists after I tell them I love global warming!

I wrote a for-profit financial newsletter as a hobby from 1977 to 2020, when I decided to stop, and focus on this blog. Why? Because leftists were getting more and more hysterical about their coming climate change delusion. And I can't tolerate hysterical people, waving their arms wildly about some imaginary coming crisis, and telling everyone else how to live.

I consider it a great honor to be able to share my climate science reading hobby with others, who are willing to listen with an open mind.  I spend quite a few hours each day to find 10 to 12 climate science and energy articles that are interesting. I select the best ones -- usually four to six of them.

To celebrate 151,000 page views, I prepared a 151 minute speech. Fortunately for you, I lost the speech. When great orators finish a speech, they get a standing ovation.  When I finish a speech, the audience wakes up and stumbles toward the exits!

I once gave a training presentation / slide show to about 500 engineers, in a big auditorium.  My portion was on product planning and engineering product team structure and management -- the beginning of the Plan, Design, Test and Manufacture process, that used to take four years. We redesigned the process to take three years. One big problem used to be senior management arbitrarily changing product specifications while engineers were designing and testing parts.

When my presentation ended, they turned the lights back up, and it seemed like 499 engineers were snoring. Maybe I'm slightly exaggerating. The one engineer who was still awake was not a fan. For the first "question", he demanded to know if the vice presidents and chief engineers were trained before the engineers were. I began thinking to myself that senior management couldn't be trained -- they would probably continue disrupting the product development process, because no one could stop them.

Suddenly the 499 other engineers woke up. The background noise in the auditorium got considerably louder as 500 engineers were suddenly talking to each other. I will never forget the gradual ramp up of the roar from the audience. I couldn't hear what they were saying to each other, but I know it was not good.

We had been training engineers to develop new cars and trucks in three years, instead of four. The engineers were ready to verbally attack me if I gave them some corporate BS non-answer to that question, like I was supposed to do. And then they would have dismissed my entire presentation as corporate BS. Engineers are unusually smart people.

That was the first time I'd ever been nervous in front of an audience. My instincts told me to skip the official corporate answer ("senior management fully supports the new product development process") ... and tell the truth.
So I said: "If your management keeps changing product specifications while you're designing and testing parts, you'll have to get more time to do your job !"

I got an ovation for telling the truth. My own management later told me my honest answer took a lot of courage. In a large corporation, senior management are 'gods'.
The truth seemed to be an old fashioned concept.

And that's sure true of modern government bureaucrat climate "scientists" ... avoiding the truth. The truth is global warming for the past 45 years has been mild and harmless. And there is no logical reason to expect the next 45 years of global warming to be different. Back in 1997, when I first got interested in climate science, I developed a prediction of the future climate that has been 100% accurate since then: The planet will get warmer, unless it gets cooler. And that is the truth!  What will the climate be like 100 years from now?  No one knows.

-- We've heard 64 years of wrong predictions of a coming climate crisis, yet we are still told "the truth" is that a climate crisis is coming.

-- No questions are allowed. Skeptics like me, who compare predictions with reality, are character attacked as "climate deniers".

-- For 40 years, climate computer games, on average predicted over 100% faster warming than actually happened. The average computer prediction best represents the scientific "consensus" ... which is obviously wrong.

-- Historical temperature data are repeatedly altered to create a faster warming trend, to better support the unproven 'CO2 levels control the climate' theory. The significant global cooling from 1940 to 1975, as CO2 levels rose, for one example, has been gradually "adjusted" to very little global cooling, or no cooling, depending on which global average temperature compilation you examine:

We are told "the science is settled", when there is really very little science outside of simple lab CO2 spectroscopy experiments. There is 64 consecutive years of always wrong wild guess predictions of a coming climate crisis, made by people who have no ability to predict the climate next year.

The only real science is lab experiments on CO2 that suggest it should cause mild, harmless global warming in the troposphere. And we have had mild harmless global warming since the mid-1970s.

So why do climate models predict more than double the rate of warming, on average, that we actually had in the past 45 years?

The answer is simple:
Accurate predictions are not their goal.
Accuracy has not improved in 40 years.

The computer games are merely props to support the imaginary coming climate crisis prediction. That imaginary coming climate crisis prediction is being used by socialist governments around the world, which now include the United States, to ramp up their power to control the private sector ... and to control you.

It takes a lot of effort -- mainly misleading people, and lying to them, to convince people who lived with ACTUAL mild, harmless global warming since the mid-1970s, that their future is doomed from global warming. Especially if those people have seen an honest global average temperature chart, that best represents how ACTUAL global warming feels to them, assuming they even noticed any global warming while living with it.

I've noticed a little global warming here in Michigan. Not much. The winters are not as cold as they were in the 1970s, with less snow too. But we are not ready to retire our snow shovels. So far 2021 has been unusually cold, except for one warm week in April. I don't need a climate scientist to tell me about global warming. I lived through 45 years of it. We love global warming here in Michigan and want more!
