My 1969 purchase of the Jeff Beck Group's "Truth" album led me to discover Beck's guitar talent and Rod Stewart's singing talent. It is still one of the best recordings I own, out of 2,000 compact discs.
Beck's best guitar jazz:

Beck's instrumental cover version of The Beatle's "Day in the Life" with a full orchestra. I didn't miss the vocals. For the live versions, where there is no orchestra on stage, Beck tries to sound like an orchestra with his guitar, but it doesn't work.

A most unusual singer from the UK, Imogen Heap, is on the video below, backed by Jeff Beck, live at Ronnie Scott's jazz club. No one I've ever heard sings in a similar style, and I've been an audiophile since 1965. I listened to other Heap videos, but did not like any except this one. Note how she towers over Beck's bass musician, a girl who looks like she is 18 years old, yet was chosen by well known perfectionist Jeff Beck to accompany him:
