Greenhouse gas percentages

Greenhouse gas 

concentrations 

are roughly:

Water Vapor --- 95%
Natural CO2 ----- 4%

Man made CO2 - 0.12%
Nitrous Oxide --- 1%
Methane ---------– 0.4%
Aerosols ---------- 0.1%

As a percentage of

total atmospheric gases,

total CO2 

is about 0.04%, 

and man made CO2 

is about 0.0012%.

The claim that 0.12% 

of total greenhouse gases 

has controlled

the temperature 

since 1950, 

is a claim without 

scientific proof.

People making that claim

never even try to explain

why or how 4.5 billion years

of natural climate change

would have stopped in 1950, 

or what could have caused that.

The people making the claim

will reply that they are

only claiming "over 50%"

of the warming since 1950

was man made, not 100%

... but they strongly encourage 

the media to imply "100%",

and that man made CO2 (alone)

CONTROLS the average temperature!

The claim that CO2

is the climate controller

makes no scientific sense 

because reconstructions 

of the historical climate,

using climate proxies 

such as ice cores,

clearly show that 

CO2 levels changed

as a RESULT of 

temperature changes,

and CO2 levels 
did NOT lead

temperature changes.
