The purpose of this blog

is to refute the nonsense,

and non-science, 

of smarmy, power hungry 

leftists, and Dumocrats,
who want more power

to micro-manage your life.

Not because they love power,

of course (heh heh), 
but because they

'want to save the Earth 

for the children !'  

Not.

The leftists would

have us believe that

if nothing is done,

Earth will become hell,

and our children 

would have to escape

to live on other planets, 

( and then how often 

would they come home

to visit their 

lonely grandparents

here on hothouse Earth ? )

In reality, the Earth is fine,
the climate is getting better,

and nothing needs saving !

This blog exists
because I don't like
people lying to me,
especially people
in power.

Winter nights are slightly 

warmer than 150 years ago,

mainly in the northern half

of the Northern Hemisphere.

So what?

Our planet has rarely had

such a stable climate --

just 20,000 years ago 

my property in Michigan

was covered by at least

one mile of ice -- in fact, 

so much ice has melted in

the past 20,000 years,

that the sea level 

is up about 400 feet

... with at least 399.5 feet

of the 400 foot sea level rise, 

definitely NOT CAUSED 

BY CO2 !

The current climate 

is the best it has been,

for humans and animals,

in hundreds of years

-- possibly in 

4.5 billion years !

The optimum climate 

for "C3" plants that

people and animals eat 

would require

double to triple 

the current

level of CO2 ...

... and of course that's

exactly what I'd like to see,

based on thousands of

plant growth experiments,

and the practical experience

of greenhouse owners

who spend their own money

for CO2 enrichment systems.

There is no scientific proof 

that CO2 controls the average 

temperature, and lots of 

evidence that it does not,
and is just a minor variable
in climate change.

The global warming

from 1975 to 2000 

was accompanied

by a large CO2 increase ...

... but a very similar 

warming period  

from 1910 to 1940

had only a very

small CO2 increase.

There's no reason 

to blindly assume

the two warming periods

in the 20th century

had two completely

different causes.

And there's 

no logical reason 

to assume that 

4.5 billion years

of natural climate change

suddenly ended in the 

middle of the 20th century,

and from then on, 

the only cause 

of climate change

was humans !

The very limited real science

behind the the claim that

global warming is dangerous,

is laboratory experiments,
since the late 1800's,

showing CO2 is a greenhouse

gas, but its effect in real life

is unknown.

If you attribute 100% 

of the actual warming 
since 1950

to CO2, 
which is a worst

case estimate 

( the IPCC

only claims 

"over 50%",

not 100% )

then extrapolate 
that rate of warming 

into the future,
yopu will see that

CO2 is totally harmless:

-- there would be
only +2 degrees C. 

global warming 

in 600 years,

with CO2 increasing 

2 ppm per year,

( assuming nothing

but CO2 controls

the average temperature. )

Why would leftist politicians

and government bureaucrats

make up scary climate fairy tales?

Why would three or four women

lie about the behavior of 

Judge Brett Kavanaugh?

Because some people 

are willing to lie,
for attention and fame,

to advance their agenda,
and gain power

 -- perhaps most people ?
