Will New Green Jobs Replace Old Oil Industry Jobs? Charts describing the UK oil industry

Oil refineries supply gasoline for cars and trucks -- also petrochemicals, aviation fuels and marine fuels. An Oxford study found the U.K. oil sector has highly skilled workers with much higher productivity than the national average. Wages are 90% above the UK average.  How can low wage green jobs replace those high wage fossil fuel jobs?
