The Biden (or whoever wrote it) "Green Dream" is the current version of the energy portion of the 2019 Green New Ordeal.
Which was a revised version of the 2012 Green Party "Green Deal", proposed by presidential candidate Jill Stein.
Which
was a revised version of the 2006 Green New Deal created by the Green
New Deal Task Force.
Which was a plan for one hundred percent clean, renewable
energy by 2030, using a carbon tax, a jobs guarantee, free college,
single-payer healthcare, and a focus on using public programs ... yada
yada yada.
The 2019 Green New Ordeal was the socialist equivalent of a Communist Manifesto.
Most
of the desired spending, which has been estimated as $93 trillion over
at least 10 years, is for socialist legislation that has nothing to do
with energy use or climate change.
The 2019 proposal was so radical that I believe a dictatorship would be required to implement it.

Leftists tend to be dreamers, ignoring real science and engineering, but
they excel at lying, deceiving, ridiculing opponents, and grabbing political power.
Among leftists are scientists and engineers who
realize the Biden Green Dream is not feasible, and is never going to happen.
Those leftists with
science and engineering intelligence are not like the typical leftist
green dreamer climate cult followers. I believe the Biden Green Deal is virtue signalling DESIGNED to fail.
That
failure will be an excuse for claiming even more government power is needed -- new laws, regulations, tax credits, subsidies and mandates --
to "rescue" the glorious plan to "save the planet for the children".
Republicans who point out failures of the green dreams will be attacked as not caring about the planet, and the children.
With
leftists, the goal is always more government power.
It's usually easy
to figure out how their green dreams, climate fear mongering, COVID fear
mongering, proposals, legislation and regulations will be USED to
increase their political power.
They could not care less about state
and federal constitutions intended to limit government powers.
So
please consider the idea that the Biden Green Dream was designed to
fail.
And that easily seen failure will be used to justify more
government power over the private sector, which means less personal freedom for
us.
Leftists are simple people, whose motives are easy to
understand when you think (dream) like they do.
The leftist goal, for
the past 100 years, has been a world ruled by government bureaucrat
"experts".
With only leftists accepted as the "experts".
But leftists are experts,
and legends, only in their own minds.
In my mind, they are evil, power
hungry, bureaucrats -- experts at nothing -- who ruin everything they
touch.
