To show a rising trend, the chart shows hundredths of a degree C. on the vertical axis !
The rising trend from 2004 to 2014 is actually MUCH too small to care about.
An honest chart would look like straight line.
By not starting the vertical axis at zero, the data are made to look like huge mountains and valleys, rather than a flat plain!
